  I am submitting this complaint regarding the UPS drop-off process at your Staples store and the consistently poor customer service I have experienced. It was not the customer's decision for Staples to become a UPS drop-off location. If Staples chooses to provide this service, it should have a clear and organized process in place. Unfortunately, there is little to no signage directing customers where to take UPS packages. On multiple occasions, I have been sent to different locations throughout the store because employees themselves seem unsure of the proper procedure. There appears to be no consistent workflow or policy for handling UPS drop-offs. Even more concerning is the attitude of several employees. I have repeatedly encountered staff who are rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. They act as though customers are interrupting their personal time rather than requesting a service that Staples has chosen to offer. Something as simple as scanning a package and providing a receipt is often treated as an inconvenience. During my most recent visit, the employee's attitude was particularly unprofessional. After scanning my package, she abruptly told me that I could "grab the receipt from the printer" and walked away after I reacted to her rude behavior. No customer should be treated in this manner. Staples needs to establish clear procedures for UPS drop-offs, provide better signage, and ensure employees are properly trained in customer service. Courtesy and professionalism should be expected from every employee. There are many hardworking people who would appreciate the opportunity to work and treat customers with the respect they deserve. I hope Staples takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the lack of organization and the unacceptable level of customer service at this location.

  Great Amazon drop off site! Friendly staff. You can print off and emailed label pretty easily for under $1 if you return requires an actual printed label in hand.
