- BMBonnie MillerMar 30, 20261.0First, I sent out a package. 6 wks later it comes back saying undeliverable. The "send to" name & address ripped up, unreadable. Return address (mine) was ok. Small pkg inside had plastic ripped off & cardboard container inside torn open. Next, I send certified letter (2/23/36) with check inside. Also did the green signature card to be returned to me. 3/27/26 my bank verifies check cashed 3/2/26. Stop at post office to report & request to be reimbursed for service not received. 3 days later, told I will be reimbursed. Get there & they changed their mind. Said green card delivered the day I complained (NOT!). My guess is they found it after I left & made sure it was in my mailbox the next day. I found it after being rejected for reimbursement. It's no wonder the USPS has lost so much business. Between service (or lack thereof) & the rising price of a stamp.

They lose the package, they admit they lost the package and will not make amends. So I am out $70+ and it is my fault for not getting the insurance.
