Either fire some people and hire new ones or train them to do their job. I get it's because of pandemic reasons but please at least read carefully before delivering. Thank you for doing your job at least!

The gentleman at front desk is ALWAYS helpful and considerate. In these days and times its rewarding to interact with someone with that high level of customer service. Its a pleasure every time I go, I look forward to going back.

I think they should leave door to open. It's a shame for working p we ople with p.o.boxes. only post office in it u.s.a. that locks door.
