- AKAndrea K.4 days ago1.0Why advertise you're open until noon but closed before 11am to provide postal service. Some people actually work during the week and can't make it in during banker hours at the post office.

We stood in line for 10 minutes then we got to desk and they just said No. Told us they only do 8 a day and we should come try again another day. Completely unhelpful and straight up rude.

- ARA RamosAug 10, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Had an appt booked out weeks ago for a passport. Went in today 8/10 for appt at 10:15. My fault 100% I did not come with original birth certificate so on to plan B. I had to pull any information, suggestions on where I can go and what I can do next since the woman told me I could come back but no guarantee she could help me as Passport appts are every 15 mins and there could be a long line. Very little sympathy for a mistake and trying to help someone out. Life is not black and white and I did not get the woman's name but she had short black hair and definitely did not want to be bothered. I would not waste my time or energy at this location ever again. Sadly bad customer service can truly ruin experiences. I hope this woman gets the help she needs.
