Went to go drop off packages 10 minutes before closing. Super busy day with work and running my business. Their drop off bin says 445 so I went to the indoor area to drop them off. The clerk refused my packages, unless I waited in line. This is a violation of postal code. I had back to back customers today and had another one waiting, so I couldn’t stay. I’ve been running my business for eight years now and I’ve never encountered such a rude post office! I will be calling customer service to file a complaint against this station. You cannot refuse packages during customer service hours!

I recently contacted customer support to clarify the status of a package delivery during business hours. However, the automated system initially directed me to a notification stating that no one was available to assist.
When I finally reached a representative, I was greeted by the 'postmaster', who responded to my inquiry with extreme rudeness. His tone was dismissive, and he made sarcastic and unprofessional comments throughout our conversation. To make matters worse, he abruptly hung up on me after I tried to remain polite during the interaction.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Professionalism and respect should be a priority, especially when assisting customers. I hope this feedback helps improve the service.

Rarely do I leave a bad review. Sadly, we were
treated very very rudely at this office. I don’t mind at all that we weren’t able to achieve what we needed to but general kindness would have been appreciated!

This office had some of the worst service I have ever seen. The post master was extremely hostile and belittling towards my fiance and looked for the quickest way to kick her out of the office. If you need to do postage, anywhere else would be better
