Today he had no answers for my wife’s questions, threw tape at her, and did not scan in our items. He told her to leave it on the counter which is strange.

I entered a temporary foward for my mail but it returned to me as a permanent change of address. Jennifer and Chrissy fixed it right up for me and I didn't lose my beloved PO Box. Thank you for your help ladies!!
