A package of mine was marked as delivered, but it had actually been delivered to the wrong address. Mark went above and beyond to help get the situation resolved. He followed up with the carrier and supervisor, stayed on top of the issue, and didn’t stop until my package was located and returned to me. What impressed me most was how seriously he took the situation and how determined he was to make sure it was corrected. It would have been very easy to simply tell me the package showed as delivered and leave it at that, but Mark took the extra time and effort to actually find out what happened and get it back to me. I am incredibly appreciative of his persistence, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Employees like Mark are what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you, Mark!
- EEErikaAug 7, 20265.0I had an appointment to get a new passport here. I arrived early (about 30 minutes early) and after checking in, I was barely sat down before they called me in to get started. The process of paperwork, taking my photo, and payment took less than 15 minutes. Elias was the gentleman who assisted me that day (6/9/2026) and he was efficient and so kind. I’ve been meaning to get a new passport for several years now and had been putting it off and dreading the process. But after this experience, I’m kicking myself for putting it off because the whole experience was so fast & easy. I highly recommend making an appointment and arriving early if you want to get your passport. Also, someone please give Elias a raise. Thank you!
