    I had an appointment for a passport application here. Elias was friendly, patient and efficient. Definitely recommend getting your passport at this location

    Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Customer service has been completely replaced with automated responses and "Can we text you a link?" messages. I guess I will go waste my time waiting in line for the next hour for what should be a quick question.

    The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience. I actually feel bad with the people they have to deal with. Specially, on Saturdays when they accept walk-ins for passports, the people coming in is so rude to them if you wish to not wait than make a damn appointment. But oh gosh someone needs to do something about the parking! 90% of the parking is taken up by the staff. The one in litchfield park is way smaller and pack and so much parking available. I came in 30 minutes before opening and once it open about four people got off their vehicle 5 with me and there was no more parking available.

    The staff at this post office is very friendly and helpful. My recent experience though is very disappointing. I wanted to mail a 3 1/2 inch small memory keepsake urn with my husband’s ashes to my husband‘s daughter in Minnesota. I ordered the large shipping box required by the post office to send that in, and that was free. It was a one size only fits all I guess and I waited over two weeks to get that box. I go to the post office to be told that’s going to cost $78.75 to ship this little 3 1/2 inch urn. They said they only ship priority and it would arrive on Saturday, June 13 before 6 PM. My step daughter rearranged her day to be home when this delivery happened. It’s now the morning of Sunday, June 14th and it has not yet been delivered. Very disappointed for what I paid to get it there. Now we both are wondering…will it arrive today? Did something happen? Is it lost in the mail?

    Terrible experience with the two ladies at the front desk. I recently moved out of state and have been waiting nearly three months for my vehicle license plate, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of receiving answers or assistance, I keep finding sticky notes in my mailbox while the mailbox itself remains empty. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. On top of that, the office has no air conditioning, making the experience even more uncomfortable. I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and the overall attitude I encountered was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Moving to a new city is already stressful, and dealing with issues like this only makes it worse. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and address these ongoing problems.
