Time after time I have had issues with Goodyear USPS. My packages get misdelivered or returned to sender for no good reason. My name is inside of my mailbox and has always been, my address is correct on my packages with no errors. I call to speak with someone and go in circles as to why which never makes sense. The latest package tracking says from my carrier that "Customer requested package be held at post office" when I called I was told my package was returned to sender because my carrier didn't know that I reside at my address. I paid for shipping, waited weeks to have this happen. I've never dealt with such incompetence. UPS and FedEx never return my packages! How hard is it to just leave my packages addressed to me at my home?

On February 20, I discovered that I had inadvertently put down an incorrect address for an Amazon delivery. (We were staying in an AirBnB and I mixed up the house number.) I had been expecting a package, and when I looked on Amazon for the status of my delivery, it said it was undeliverable due to a non-existent address, and I would have to contact the delivery carrier (in this case, USPS) to attempt redelivery. I couldn't get through to USPS on the phone as the automated system couldn't send a text code to my Canadian phone number. At a loss, I decided to drive to the nearest USPS and ask for help. There were several people in line ahead of me, but the staff were doing their best to help everyone in a courteous manner, and politely apologized for the wait to each person as they reached the counter. Some customers had complicated requests and the staff were very patient, taking the time necessary to do their job properly. When I explained my issue, I was sent to a different window for customer service. I explained about the incorrect address and asked how to find out where my package had ended up. The gentleman took my information and disappeared into the warehouse. To my amazement, in just a few minutes, he returned with my package in hand! I couldn't believe it was actually at the post office I had gone to, and that he was able to find it so easily. I was very grateful. Both of the clerks I dealt with were very polite, helpful, friendly and cheerful. Customer service jobs are not easy and yet all the staff there maintained a professional and courteous manner with each and every customer, greeting each client warmly and with a genuine apology for wait times, which were not excessive by any stretch. The two clerks I dealt with also both wished me a wonderful or blessed day. A great experience, thank you!

Had a wonderful experience. They had a self service kiosk, but since it was my first time mailing a variety of multiple items, I waited in line. The line was long but went by fast. Pam was very kind and had patience with all questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable as well.
