    Extremely disappointed that they charge 1.50 for tape. You’re talking about a 6 inch to 12 inch strip of tape. And now they charge it. Find another location. I own a small business in Goodyear as well. This is completely unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful to the customers. I understand everything has a price for small businesses, I would suggest doing a price increase then to nickel and dime your customers. Your own employees talked bad about you in increasing the price. They are the ones you should listen to as they are the foot soldiers every day. I have calculated that I have spent over $985 at your location since January this year. Close to $1800 the year before. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The profit margin on a five dollar roll of packing tape, and you guys are charging $1.50 per, that’s a huge markup.

    I could write a book on customer service but why would I want to do that? To define customer service all I have to do is share this review letting the world know that Angela, Elisa, Brenda, Arianna and Mariah are there to make sure we are all taken care of. The level of customer service they deliver is far and away the best within the shipping industry.

    I initially came gave them the benefit of the doubt it was busy, but after my third visit, my mind was made up. I manage a few ups stores in a different state, that being said I walked in with expectations. I’m assuming it was a new employee helping me because she didn’t really know what she was doing. I asked for 28 pound paper. I was charged for card stock. She had no idea what résumé paper even was and then she proceeded to charge me for more copies than I had, cool whatever I get it, you’re new. I suggest she use the proper printer and it might work better and she wanted to cuss me, again cool whatever I’ve gathered you don’t know what you’re doing. If you were going to have a sour disposition, customer service is probably not an adequate job for you . The only person who really did was who I’m going to assume was the manager And she was keeping the whole thing afloat. The store and its employees are a mess. I hold my stores and its employees to a very high standard for cleanliness and customer service because it not only affects the store’s reputation, but the owner and employees as well. I hope to come back in the future to be met with staff who hold a higher regard for customer service.

    My husband and I have been using the UPS store for quite a while. He sends (asks) me to their a couple times a month. My last visit was a bit tedious as one of the packages had a label that was hard to scan. Mariah was patient and very helpful in getting this fixed. Thank you so much Mariah for helping me get that package taken care of.

    This is only my second time dropping off here and I will never drop off again they charge for tape fine I'm not really bothered about that but I asked Jacob what if I did not taped it and just dropped it down like this what would you have done then would you have taped it then he goes no I just turned it in there like that so basically Jacob is directly stating that he would not care if the package arrived on time or even at all because he would have said well I have to charge for tape so I'm just going to not take this package
