  Dear UPS Corporate Customer Service, I’m writing to report an extremely disappointing experience I had at the UPS Store located at 14175 West Indian School Road, Goodyear, AZ. On 6/29/26 ], I arrived shortly before closing with prepaid labels and asked the employee, Angelica, to print them for me. She told me it would be $2 per label. When I asked how much it would cost if I sent them through the store, because I wanted to avoid extra fees and just understand the cost, she refused to give me an accurate price. I kept asking her, “Please, can you give me an accurate price?” but she just gave me a price out of her head, never weighing the package or inputting the address. Some packages were going to locally here in Arizona, and others to Las Vegas, Nevada, yet she still refused to confirm pricing based on the actual addresses even though I asked her plenty of times. I ask that you please pull the security camera footage to review how I was treated and how she refused to help accurately price my shipment. I expected better service as a loyal UPS customer, and I hope you address this with the staff. Please let me know how this will be resolved. I will also be sending an email to corporate.

  You know, shipping a box generally is a banal experience, but I just had the most lovely and helpful interaction here. So first, I could barely get the box in the door and Alexis (sp?) rushed over to help me. I didn't have my paperwork straight and she was kind and patient and she listened to my story. She's a great human and I really deeply appreciated the customer service and the connection.
