  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The employee assisting me, whose name tag I believe said Kaden, provided some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a UPS location. I entered the store with my toddler and only needed them to print a shipping label that I had already emailed. I had not even been there for one minute when Kaden repeatedly told me and my child to move farther away because he needed to assist someone else. I explained that the email had already been delivered and that printing the label would take less than a minute, but he responded rudely and continued telling us to move. His tone was completely disrespectful, and he was practically yelling at my toddler. No employee has the right to speak to someone else’s small child that way. I have completed this same process at UPS Stores many times and have never been treated so poorly. Thankfully, the employee working beside him—a gentleman with glasses and dark hair—was kind, professional, and a complete gentleman. He immediately told me not to worry and offered to help. I truly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism he showed us. Kaden’s behavior was unacceptable and demonstrated a serious lack of basic customer-service skills. I strongly encourage the owner or manager to review this incident and provide appropriate training. Customers—especially those accompanied by small children—should never be treated this way. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  Catherine and Alexis were so kind to me when I came in with a bunch of returns. I love this UPS!!
