  I observed staff passing my package back and forth instead of placing it in the designated bin, which made me uncomfortable enough to retrieve it. Tony spoke loudly and aggressively as if he were in charge, while the actual manager stood there and did nothing. A formal complaint will be filed with corporate.

  They would not ship my parcel in the box that I had it in and wanted to sell me another box for $50. The extra box that I did not need was more than the shipping. What a scam.

  I didn’t get the woman’s name working this morning, but she was so nice and it was not forced. She’s genuinely a nice lady who cares about customer service. This location gained a new customer.

  Nothing against the workers here….but I paid more to have a package delivered by 11:30, so they had time to get the prepaid envelope back in time. A total joke !!! Delivered late….return was dropped off in time…..but at the FEDEX in Walgreens doesn’t count? My very expensive overnight back and forth (2days) is going on 5 f•••••g days !!! They are very deceptive and they could care less
