- CBChris ByarsMay 1, 20261.0I dropped off two next day air packages at noon (well before the posted air cutoff) and while one was "RFID Confirmed Pickup" at 2:08 PM, the other's tracking claims "The package was given to UPS after the cutoff time". While it shows the drop off at noon, the next event says "We have your package" at 10:28 PM. No, UPS "had my package" at 12:09 PM, and apparently the new person who was struggling to scan it in didn't put it in the "urgent" bin for next day air shipments along with the other one.

They will tie up all their clerks with notary services and shipping by people who have never shipped a package before. Not your fault but get a kiosk or dedicate an express line. Get with the times, but in the mean time I'll take my 20+ packages a week to Baseline and Ellsworth.
