- BGBeau GerardoMay 12, 20261.0Really disappointed with the customer service from the lady at the front counter today. My girlfriend brought in a package to ship out and simply asked for help after being told it didn’t have a shipping label. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee got an attitude, slammed a marker on the counter, and acted irritated over a basic question. When my girlfriend tried to ask for her name, she got interrupted and ignored while the employee loudly said, “I can help whoever’s next.” Completely disrespectful and unnecessary. People come to USPS for help, not to be talked down to or treated like a burden. I hope that usps can get this sorted:)

I end up having delays attempt of deliveries then when I go in when it says to pick up, they can’t locate it. It seems as if they just walk around in circles when you ask them to go look for it. So what I usually try to do is order through the Miami post office because they are so much more professional get your packages delivered on time and are not rude or snobby. Don’t use this post office!!
