On the day it's been delivered we've noticed many times it's not in our mail box and we don't receive it in the following days later. We've been notified on packages coming in with tracking and when we check our mail box, we received other people's packages and make claims to which we never receive our own packages. So far, we have been sent parcels with required signatures, some paid for faster delivery, and have been left notifications at the door stating no one was home when IN FACT people are. Our Ring doorbell was not rung nor was the door knocked on to notify us that someone actually attempted to deliver parcel. Which happened AGAIN today. We basically have to sit by door, looking out the window or on front porch in order to LET SOMEONE know we ARE HOME to sign for our stuff now??? Because no one will ring the doorbell or knock on the door....just leave "sorry we missed you" notification.
