I’ve had repeated problems with this post office holding my packages instead of delivering them to my address. Time after time, I receive a notice saying I have to pick up my package myself, even though it should have been delivered. This defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. It’s frustrating to make unnecessary trips to the post office because they don’t complete the delivery. I expect reliable service, but this has become a recurring issue. I hope management looks into why packages are being held instead of delivered and improves the service for customers.

They don’t answer the phone and close earlier than the stated hours. How am I supposed to get answers when this is my assigned post office and only they can answer

Post person never attempted to deliver our package. We have cameras and they said it was undeliverable due to driveway condition. We get packages all the time and have no driveway issues. Our mail is late, sometime taking months to get. We get other people mail wrongly put in our box all the time. Poor service all around.

I’m not understanding why the Post Office is trying to FORCE people to Pay to Change their Address online when it has been a FREE Service since before I was BORN!! How do you not have any Change of Address Forms in your offices. And for the record I have paid in the past on your usps website and it Never actually changed my address. I still had to go into an office to fix it. This is absolutely ridiculous for this to be happening.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I needed a mailbox key for a house I’m renting. I paid $40 to have the mailbox lock changed, and the employee told me it would take less than two weeks. She also said I could come back the next day to pick up any mail that arrived. Over the next three weeks, I went to the post office four different times. Every time, I was told there was no mail and given excuses. After waiting three weeks, I finally spoke with the manager. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he told me there was nothing they could do. He refunded my money and handed me a list of private contractors to contact myself to fix the mailbox lock. They wasted three weeks of my time, and because I couldn’t access my mail, several of my bills are now late. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service was unbelievable. This place deserves ZERO STARS. Avoid if possible.
