  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this UPS Store. I waited in line for over 45 minutes just to mail an international document. An older male employee was the only person helping customers, and he seemed to struggle with processing international shipments, making the wait unnecessarily long. When another employee finally arrived, she took additional time to get set up, only to say she wasn’t trained to process international shipments. After waiting 45 minutes, I was essentially told I would have to continue waiting because no one available could properly handle my transaction. Employees should be properly trained and competent to perform the duties they are hired for. Customers shouldn’t have to wait nearly an hour only to find out the staff isn’t capable of handling a basic international shipment. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.

  Tried calling to set up a pick up time for a return and the dude who answered was clueless and could not even give me a number to call for a pickup !! Freaking useless!

  I came here, and it didn't even take 30 seconds to get my package returned and scanned! It was a friendly environment and the staff were nice.

  Sales associates (2 of them) did not notice that a 16 inch diameter plate would not fit in a a 12 inch wide box. Senior associate then tried to sell me on shipping the plate stuck in at an angle in a taller (but not wider) box, and then tried to convince me that a circle was an “odd shape,” and then tried to blame the junior associate for everything.
