  At my work, it was time for a new office chair. I was told to pick one out from Staples. I am 6'6" 340lbs, so it is in my best interest to physically try out chairs before I buy them. So I did. This Staples is not in the best neighborhood but their parking lot is fairly clean and seems clear of the local street tenants. As i walked in, I noticed the store is especially clean, items seem to be stocked well, floors clean, pretty darn good. I got to the chair section which had clearly delineated sections; gaming, normal stuff, and Big and Tall, my section. I played around in some chairs and although customers shift things about, I made up my mind and left. When I got to the office, we ordered my chair and it was delivered that week. The End... nope! In my review, it was missing something. ZERO customer service. There must have been 8 employees I saw but not one in the front greeted me, I am physically playing around in multi-hunded dollar chairs wearing a company shirt and no one bothers to see if I needed assistance. I was a ghost. I walked in, spent 20min or so playing in various chairs, and left without so much as, have a nice day. I am not sure if I was the ghost or maybe they were. If I was walk in retail, they would have lost a $400 sale. 3 stars is for a clean property, clean store, and great ONLINE service and delivery.

  Went in to make some copies lady had a bad attitude wanted me to use the self copier machine when I needed her assistance in making copies and getting some of them cut in half bad word that Ethic and when I spoke to the supervisor or manager, whatever she was, she had even worse attitude and told me it’s a complicated order to make copies and have them cut it in half where Staples I ever been to and the same lady that gave me attitude the first time Was rolling her eyes and making noises at me management shouldn’t treat their customers that way and should have better training for their employees in the printing department and not just tell you to go do it yourself when you’re requesting their help and walk away from you and she had a Smell on her smelled like marijuana
