- KBK BApr 25, 20263.0I was gonna stay quiet but I'm quite tired of people feeling like they can treat me any kind of way. From the sound of The complaints about a Mary being rude, I'm not sure the name of the lady who I had on this past Thursday 4/23/26 around 3 or 4 pm . She was an older Woman with glasses. I went in to send a package overnight. Everyone else is usually very friendly except this lady. I was exhausted from my long night shift at work. The last thing I needed was this Woman's attitude, and she's ruthless. I asked her for a piece of tape to just secure my bubble mailer just a little more and she went on to tell me how normally I'd have to buy a roll of tape but she had a strip left. I felt like crap, but I held it together when I wanted to cry. The whole transaction was weird because It's like she felt agitated that I wanted the price check to send another bubble mailer the regular ground advantage way making me feel like I was uneducated when asking questions. She had the right one because if my adult daughter was with me whose in the same line of work, the exchange would have not been to good. I'm too nice. She was very snappy and I didn't deserve that. I hope my race wasn't an issue. It's not even so much as what she says, but how snappy she is. Before I end this review I just want to say that I appreciate Every last worker for servicing our community. I've been a resident of Gilbert for over 20 years now. Please let This Woman know that a little kindness goes a long way. If I would speak to my patients this way, I would be in the unemployment the next day. I hope whatever this lady is going through in her life is resolved and all is well. I was having a rough day too🙏🏽.
