- TTTJSJun 16, 20261.0These people are horrible! For a month I've been trying to pick up my mail that is being held since my mailbox is getting rekeyed by the post office. I have gone in there 9x in 3 weeks. They kept telling me to call a number, but that number kept telling me to goto the post office. Finally today they finally call me and tell me that my mail and keys have been sitting down at the post office for days now and that the 3 veteran (burnt out) staff members were simply not looking in the right place. They just keep calling me to tell me it's at the post office, yet nobody tells the staff at the post office where my mail and mailbox keys are. Tony says that it is common for mailbox keys to take 1-3 months and that customers just have to be "patient" and wait for their mail or go paperless. My job doesn't work like that. I have to answer my mail. I think somewhere along the lines someone's feelings/ego got hurt and they decided they want to see how far they can push me. I'll be escalating my complaint to Consumer Affairs and reaching out to my local senator about this absurd behavior.
