- CMClay MyersSep 17, 20265.0I had an absolutely outstanding experience with the staff at this USPS location today—one I never would have expected! I dropped off several packages and believed everything was fine. A few hours later, the staff took extraordinary steps to notify me that I had accidentally mislabeled one of my packages. They held it so I could correct the label before it entered the mail stream, helping ensure that it would be delivered properly and that I would not be charged for the mistake. When I arrived at the post office, the counter associate already knew exactly why I was there and was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. The entire situation was handled with an exceptional level of care and professionalism. I honestly cannot remember ever receiving this kind of customer service before. The staff went far above and beyond what I would have expected, and I am extremely grateful. This location truly has the best of the best! Thank you for looking out for your customers and providing such outstanding service!

I brought a label in and asked them to print it and they refused and sent me to the library 5 miles away. Postal "service"? There's no service at all, they are rude and don't even provide services regarding post. Ridiculous. What's the point?
