  Honestly beyond horrible customer service specifically the manager of the store who claims she runs 3 of them which seems unfortunate. I came in to get an exact weight and measurement for a package I planned on shipping through their store & was very rudely told that “we don’t do that when you’re shipping label is our competition.” Never did I tell her I wasn’t purchasing a shipping label all I asked was for a correct weight because I was charged extra on the last package I shipped. She proceeded to argue with me in front of a line of guests and continuously told me that I’m not doing business with her store by bringing my package here because I’m not purchasing the label through her. AGAIN never discussed where I was getting my label I simply wanted the measurements so I could have the accurate size. I’ve purchased countless labels and ship all types of packages from this location weekly & not once have I ever had anyone tell me they won’t weigh a box “because their store isn’t paid for it”. She proceeded to tell me the owners of the store recently died which I found odd & unnecessary. Insane lack of customer service. Also FYI I was planning on purchasing a label I just needed the info since I was shipping to the UK & I wasn’t the one paying for it. Instead of assuming and blaming someone for “putting you out of business” you could try communicating better.
