Eric at the UPS store saved my day! I was on the road and received an Amazon package at a remote location. The item was not what I ordered. Because of the way Amazon processes the return I was having trouble getting a label. Eric stepped in and solved the problem!

Tara at UPS provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process quick and stress-free, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way she does. If you visit this UPS location, I hope you get the chance to work with Tara. She is a huge asset to the team and deserves recognition for her outstanding service!

Some of the rudest customer service I've experienced today. Not from one employee but two employees. I'm also pretty sure one of the two was a manager. Tried to get a personal mailbox and they acted like I was putting them out and were very rude. Emailed them ahead of time to get requirements and they only told me about my id requirements and then said I needed business identification to list my business too but couldn't tell me exactly what they needed. Just gave up and walked out. Will go to another location. My advice would be skip the rude people here and go to another location.
