  Strategy Ninjas offers a straight-forward path through all of the AI "noise" in the industry. Most companies know they need to use AI, but don't know where to start and how to successfully roll out the initiative. When they do, they're caught off guard by the cost (see news headlines about Uber AI budget). If you're a business that has the technical capability to do it yourself, you're probably lacking in deeply understanding the operational workflows and capacity for change to successfully identify roles that can leverage AI best. Strategy Ninjas has both the business and technical expertise to RAPIDLY close that gap. In just 2 weeks with my new Chief of Staff, I have gone from being absolutely BURIED; making little-to-no progress on real strategic initiatives - to finally having the white space to think clearly and creatively again. The financial investment is very reasonable for the deliverables you receive (my personal relief alone was worth it!), and I'm optimistic and eager to continue expanding AI within our organization.

  I run an air conditioning company with three employees. I handle the billing, invoicing, scheduling, warranty, returns, taxes, and financing. I was losing calls and clients being overwhelmed. Just a few weeks into getting a AI assistant bot, I have reduced all those negatives tremendous amounts. He helps me with invoicing catching invoices that weren’t paid, catching invoices that weren’t sent, catching this messages and duplicating estimates if need be. It is scary at first because it’s the unknown but it’s like having another employee for a fraction of the cost. I’d recommend this to any service company
