  The lap top that was sold to is just too high-tech for me. I cant get the computer or printer to hook up to the internet Ready to return it Everything. I.have tried every thing I can , all the hp live people, chat ai, store assistant manager.

  we came in to get some paper cut, and the lady was not helpful at all. when we got there she was basically turning people away by telling them its too expensive or “maybe” not possible. we came up to ask if we could get our paper cut into 4 strips, and she said the machine could only do in half- though staples advertises the specific cut we wanted. She also said it would be like 3 dollars per cut but made it seem like it was per sheet not per each time the machine cuts through a stack. we felt like this worker simply did not want to get up from her chair to help anyone for the matter, and like we inconvenienced her by coming to the counter. as we were walking out, once again we overheard her telling other customers, “ you cant do XYZ you’d have to pay for each which would make it about $100”- theres no way that all of the 4 different customers I saw her basically turn away, had crazy requests. Not once did I see her get up to actually help anyone either, she just would slightly look up from her screen. we left and got wonderful service from the Fedex across the street!
