- EOEnrique OrtizJul 8, 20263.0If not for Jay who was of great help I would have added a 1 star (or less of possible) My wife and I had some packages to send, and the woman who was “helping “ had the worst attitude, manners, and lacked politeness all together, which definitely impacts the company (FedEx) image. She forgets we are paying customers…. If you go, go straight to Jay, and bypass having a rough time.

I’m pretty sure there was cheaper more efficient ways to take care of what I needed but the older gentleman was too busy treating me like I was an idiot. Then when printing my files the printer defaults to color even for black and white documents so that’s wonderful. Cost me 3x what it should have. I’ll go to UPS next time.
- HHHannah HippJun 5, 20265.0Aaron was an absolute pleasure. I selected the "hold at facility" option on my deliver since I wasnt avalible during the week for an at home signature. Aaron talked me through the process when I arrived sooner than it was ready and I was still able to come back later for my package. I'm glad Aaron was still there because we was a joy. We had some good banter and cracked some jokes. Always nice when something as mediocre as a package pick up can turn into an interaction that makes you smile.
