- AAAlex1 day ago1.0Customer service is nonexisting. Nobody wants to help you or assist probably the worst FedEx location I’ve ever been to. Avoid at all cost
- NMNikki MFeb 25, 20261.0If you’re looking to spend AN HOUR printing 1/10th of your copies, this is the place for you! For an hour I battled their useless WiFi and a dozen error messages trying to print. Manager CarrieAnn is considerably more concerned with putting stickers on boxes than helping the customers in front of her. I watched her intentionally make several people wait for no reason, and heard her being snarky to the “new” FedEx guy that came in. This place is literally the worst.

The clerk took her in front of me without even acknowledging that I had been waiting for a little bit. I said "excuse me,,,,,excuse me, I was next in line". She COMPLETELY ignored me and never even looked up or said a word to me.
