- IFIlyssa FranklinJun 2, 20261.0Roy at this location is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The lady before me was having problems and instead of explaining anything to her, he threw her box on the table. Then when it was my sisters turn she had some questions and he was being sarcastic, rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. When she went to pay the card reader asked if she was treated with curtesy when she went to tap the red unhappy face he reached over the counter to hit the green happy face. I would not recommend this place.
- JJJoeMay 13, 20261.0The staff lacks personable pleasant attitude one of the workers chase me back to the line after he was cleared with a nother customer I went up to him he got snotty I didn't call you the lady I finally went over to I asked her for a little tape she lied right to my face and said she didn't have any it was right there next to her Its never enjoyable experience all ways like your a dirty beggar from the street this is how they treat you!

- KCKelly CunninghamMar 31, 20261.0Incredibly convenient and usually very short lines which is more a function of a small town, but, unfortunately, they only do part of the job at this branch. I have had three packages not get scanned by the postal office here in the last six months. Two ended up getting scanned at their arrival point. The last one I literally handed it to the lady only to find out she has not scanned it. Sent it to a customer and we're still waiting to see if it pops up on her end. With no way to prove it was sent, I will be out the money if it doesn't arrive. More fool me for not asking for the scan receipt. Please just take the extra three seconds or so to do the job your paid for! I've been to the Main office in the past, and they were helpful, but there is only so much they can do without the proper procedures in place.
