  I went to this store on Friday 6/3/26. The person who helped me was polite and helpful. However he/she must have 50 piercing on their face. It was so overwhelming it was difficult to interact. They could have been wearing a Freddy Kruger hawoleen mask and I could have coped with that more easily. I will never go back.

  the girl katana deserves to be fired after what she did with our package - update 7/6/26 - reached out to them like they advised and guess what?! nothing was done, yay!

  I had a very frustrating experience at this location regarding the handling of a sealed pharmacy package. I was told by an associate that I had no choice but to open a sealed prescription package in order for it to be accepted for shipment. I was not offered alternative options or asked for supporting documentation at the time, even though I had clear verification available on the package itself and through email. What made this especially concerning is that I was not physically present during the interaction, so my friend who was on-site relayed the situation to me over a phone call. The interaction was also documented during that call. Despite this, the situation was later reviewed and I was told the associate followed proper procedure, but no explanation was provided for how that conclusion was reached or what evidence was actually used in the review. I also had a prior experience shipping a similar package through this location that was handled differently, which adds to my confusion about the consistency of procedures being applied. Overall, I felt the process lacked clear communication, consistency, and transparency in how decisions were made and reviewed.

  terrible place. they messed up the delivery of our package and tried to blame us. Thank god we recorded the entire conversation. When you go there... unfortunately... you should record for your own protection - they replied back to me but with nothing but useless words. looking at their most recent reviews you can clearly tell that this place is going down hill. their most recent 10 reviews are all 1 star within the past 2 weeks

  Store would not ship a guitar by ground. Forced to use 2nd day air costing $611.42 to go 2nd day air. Also, they smashed it and would not honor the insurance policy (which is through them for the full value, not UPS) stating the box showed up. Their website refused to even take a claim stating it needs to go to UPS which turned me back to the UPS store. I drove to the store and was told to email them some photos and they'll call me in about 2 weeks. The store will accept a package and insure it but will not honor the insurance if you did not pay them to package it; you learn this when you make a claim. (The box I was sending was in full original packaging). Customers need to know that they are not doing business with UPS, rather a single contractor who sets their own policies. Update: a claim was made over a week ago with no response to both the contact given in-store and UPS Capital who I was advised to contact regarding the damage. The comment from the owner asking me to reach out to customer solutions is disingenuous.
