  Do NOT do your Amazon returns here. I’m warning you. Three separate items now, that I’ve taken here to drop off at their Amazon counter, have been lost. I’ve only done it a handful of times, but that’s a high frequency of yall not doing it right. I simply won’t ever trust it again… They don’t give you any confirmation or receipt or proof you dropped it off. Then they lose it, and it makes the whole process a stressful headache. You don’t have the item or the money reimbursed. I’ve kept checking my Amazon app just for it to say “return delayed” or some error that is out of my control, not my fault, and no way to hold anyone there accountable; on top of it being a waste of time. Just do it at kohls down the street instead. The screenshots are only the most recent 2. The other one was a while back & thought to myself, ok a business is allowed to mess up once… big regret trying them for it again! The only ONE good thing I do come here for is to get big textbooks spiral bound. Only costs ~ $5-10. All the other printing services, however, are ~2-3x more expensive here vs FedEx print center.

  Dropped an order off Tuesday was told it will be completed before sunday. Sunday came still not finished had to go back n forth with multiple associates to get info about my order. End up asking for a refund & trying to get my items back

  I love the staples up here in Flagstaff. The staff welcomes you as you enter the store and helps with any needs or gives great suggestions. My print jobs have always been perfect, plus they call to verify before actually printing to make sure it is what I want.
