I have been shipping packages for my online business for approximately six years, and this is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with USPS. The tracking information shows: “Notice Left (Receptacle Full/Item Oversized)” in Elfrida, Arizona. I am attaching the tracking screenshot to this review because this explanation does not make sense in this case. This was a small box, not an oversized package. Instead of completing the delivery to the customer, the package eventually ended up being returned to my business in Houston, Texas. What makes the situation even worse is that USPS marked the returned package as delivered to my business on a Sunday, when my business was closed. The package was left outside and was stolen. As a small business, this caused us a direct financial loss. We lost the merchandise, the shipping cost, and now we also have to deal with the customer’s order again. I have shipped packages for years and have never experienced a situation like this. If there was any legitimate issue with the shipment, USPS should have handled it appropriately or clearly explained the actual problem. Returning a small package after it had already traveled from Houston to the customer’s local area, only to leave it outside my closed business after returning it, is extremely disappointing. I hope USPS reviews how this shipment was handled and improves its procedures. Small businesses should not have to absorb losses because of situations like this.

Horrible service, they lost a package for a friend and then did not deliver the second one. Most likely threw it out from the airtag data.

Absolute waste of time and resources. I've dealt with this ""post office"" for four years and had missing mail, constant wrong address deliveries and lazy postman that won't let me sign for packages forcing me to drive into town to get them or switch delivery providers. I wouldn't trust these people to get a package or letter from point A to point B if my life depended on it.

Negligent waste of time. Rented PO Box online, where the USPS website clearly states your box includes a street address where packages can be delivered. Drove 30 miles (60 miles round trip) to this PO and was told packages were "not allowed" and if they were received I would have to pay an additional fee. Requested a refund, and was given a postal money order for 65% of the amount my card was billed on the website. When I asked why I didn't get a full refund, I was told "bc thats all it will let me give you, and I'm not going to argue with you"
