- MMMRG MRGMay 5, 20261.0The USPS as a hole has completely fallen into the ground, none of their technology works their websites don’t work. Their package tracking does not work. Their customer service phone number does not work. It’s just a robot AI that does not understand you and you cannot put in a number keypad. I’ve never seen such a broken system that is still functioning. They can’t even deliver a package if you pay for tracking and they cannot track the package either their system is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life much better off delivering the package yourself. Mail system is out of touch

- RWRachel WDec 5, 20255.0My experience with Samantha today was above and beyond. My package was delivered to the parcel but we received the wrong key, so our package wasn't there. I called the local office and Samantha answered and helped me. She came out to find our package in another mailbox and delivered it to me. From the time I called, to the time she delivered our package was maybe less than 10 minutes. And she was so friendly. Thank you Samantha!
