- SHScott HarrisonJun 12, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed my VA medical packages are delivered via the thunderbird and el mirage office see i a 100% disabled veteran cancer survivor issues and a recent embolism on a main artery i tube feed due to the cancer and every 6weeks get a new 9 boxes of food well the last delivery the driver thought it was funny to leave the boxes in front of my door so it would not swing open??? I was a true challenge to exit my home thru the back in 100 degree plus weather to get my food inside. this employee need to have there job taken away!! Why would any decent human do this to another i will be driving to the facility’s to make a formal report and as well to anyone that will listen the behaviour of this employee is unacceptable and needs to be addressed
- MMMRG MRGMay 5, 20261.0The USPS as a hole has completely fallen into the ground, none of their technology works their websites don’t work. Their package tracking does not work. Their customer service phone number does not work. It’s just a robot AI that does not understand you and you cannot put in a number keypad. I’ve never seen such a broken system that is still functioning. They can’t even deliver a package if you pay for tracking and they cannot track the package either their system is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life much better off delivering the package yourself. Mail system is out of touch
