And they can not provide photo services. They gave me the wrong information and wasted my time. I ended up going to the Post Office in Sierra Vista and was set on a good direction. The Post Office in Sierra Vista gave me the proper forms and, thank God, were able to reschedule me for tomorrow so I can come back and submit my passport application. Juliet, Philip and Brian are state department certified passport personnel. They were friendly and informative. God bless them.

I called the post office twice on the 27th of January to ask him some questions regarding a delivery that was sent to them, which they delivered to another company (without going into detail). I was simply calling to clarify things for myself and I was already a bit frustrated about the situation I was calling about. Both times he sounded like he was speaking down to me. When I brought his attitude to his attention, he said he wasn't getting one. But yet, he continued to sound as though he got up on the wrong side of the bed that morning.....unless that's just his personality, in which case he should not be answering phones, nor should he be the manager at a post office where you have to deal with people, duh...he's ridiculous!
