  The staff consistently provide excellent service. I use their services regularly, and the store always looks clean and well-maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. It’s a great experience to have this service in town. Thank you!

  This review pertains to the female employee assigned to the afternoon shift on June 19, 2026. She demonstrates deficiencies in customer service skills; specifically, her communication involves disrespectful shouting, and her speech appears rushed (lack of professional). Customer service should be characterized by friendliness and supportiveness. However, she appears friendly towards male customers. It is recommended that she enhance her service approach to prevent any potential discomfort. Unfortunately, due to these female services, I will decrease UPS services.
