  I would like to report a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store on Highway 89 next to Safeway in Chino Valley, Arizona, on Sunday morning. I have been to this location many times, and the employees are normally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different. My husband and I each had an Amazon return on separate Amazon accounts. The employee asked my husband if he had any additional returns, and he said no. I then indicated that I had my own return. She responded in a very condescending tone, “Oh, so you do have something else.” Throughout the transaction, she was rude and appeared angry. As we were leaving, I simply said, “I hope your day gets better.” She replied, “I don’t have to listen to your comments,” then waved her hand toward the door and told us to leave. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at this location. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She was working Sunday morning 7/5/2026 and had brightly colored hair (purple or green), which should help identify her. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers receive the professional service I have always experienced at this store.

  I came in to do Two Returns and I was very unprepared and didn’t have my printed return labels but he said let’s check to see if there is a QR code to scan. There was and it made it super simple and fast! He’s awesome 👍 great job very nice too!

  The store is open when you need to send or return something. Very convenient.

  The lady at the counter was extremely rude to the 2 ladies in front of me and to me. She is not the customer service person you want. When I paid she snatched the money out of my hands. Never once did she say hello, goodbye or thank you. The manager was nice enough to help. But the older lady is bad for business. Even my husband thought she was rude and he never thinks that so you know it's bad. Also I was on the phone with a client, it was her things I was returning, repeatedly called her a man and I had to tell her 3 times that it was a woman. Just bad. Business
