- RLRegina LeonardJun 20, 20261.0Well everyone that's posts reviews about this place are all actually related n some way...I just wish I got my mail on time it's always after my appts are passed and sometimes I don't receive them at all I wait and wait in line for ever to get my packet ,I just wish something would change, sometimes the workers der would be nice and sometimes dey would be mean and rude and never get help when u need it I just wish we had better workers there ...my parents lived here for years and had no trouble until a couple of weeks ago it started happening but when she ordered a tool box $180 box it was NEVER received...she said she saw the tool box in the front office but was never given to her they told her that they don't have it and lied to her so i don't know if it's the new workers there but after this incident her package been missing or never arrived....soo becareful people....they told us it's maybe the system...so it's been get harder to get helped there maybe because their lazy or dislike you....I miss the older workers there that always helped you ....so I don't like this post office as much as I did n the pass but this is the only place I can send my packages and track them myself...so who ever is saying that there really nice and polite and that they make you welcome it's not true ...I'm sorry to say but yeah 👍 we'll good luck to all of u guys and I hope they really change something here at Chinle post office...

- E1Exogorth 1979May 12, 20201.0No organization! We all understand that during the COVID-19 crisis we need to patient but with that said this location is handling it VERY POORLY! People are waiting 3+ hours AFTER they have given the worker a tag that indicates there is a package for them just to hear that they won’t get their packages! REALLY!! There are over 100 people waiting outside and I thought the idea was to minimize exposure? The postmaster was incredibly rude when I stated how long I’d been waiting. This is ridiculous! The postmaster needs to be removed from his position if he can’t handle it!
