- MSM SMay 8, 20261.0DEI has overtaken this facility and as a result this location rules for bulk priority mail pkg drop off has rules different than any other post office spanning 12 different zip codes in our city. The DEI leader at this location overrode 4 different staff members working there whom all said to me my drop offs are not a problem and went as far as showing me and explaining the procedure. DEI person in charge said they don’t get credit for my packages and presented me with drop off rules that are out of characteristic to other locations and procedures listed on usps.com. The point I’d like to emphasize here is DEI is not based on merit therefore when DEI supersedes it creates a bad impression on the organization as a whole and goes to show DEI has. No place when operating a Legitimate business or service.
