- HTH T6 days ago1.0Customer service is far from great. Make sure to check your receipts; many products are final sale, and the front desk staff gives no warning about this policy. To make matters worse, they may belittle you if you unknowingly try to return an unopened product. Save yourself the hassle and look closely at the fine print.

- DDDustinSep 5, 20261.0I wasn't able to collect mail for several months. Recently went in to re establish mailing services as I needed a passport and was going to passport facilities later that day. Went through, signed the paper I was given and told I'd get my mail services immediately restored. I guess they weren't as weeks later still no mail and now I got an email stating my passport was returned to sender because my physical address was undeliverable. Now I need to jump through several more hoops because this mailing facility is genuinely inept i didnt get my mail because apparently i never restored my services and needed to sign exactly what i had already done in person at this facilty. Thanks for making my time even more stressful than it needs to be. Genuinely terrible. Hopefully with the second time I signed that paper they'll figure it out, maybe I'll need to go out of my way to drive 30 minutes a 3rd time.
