- LLLei4 days ago1.0The place cannot compare UPS at all. No service and not friendly staff. The office should be closed and give all business to UPS. The down town passport office offers chair and friendly staff. This postal office cannot compare with services. offered by UPS and down town chandle passport office at all. UPS offers tapes and staple. This office offers NOTHING to help.

- JLJade LeeSep 19, 20261.0Usually the customer service is fine, but this time the clerk had an unfriendly, condescending attitude. When I came to the counter and said I need to ship a package she said I need to go to the self serve kiosk, which under normal circumstances I would, but this time I had to do something else, which is why I went to the counter, and when I was explaining my situation to her she had a disrespectful attitude about her. When I asked a follow up question on a form I had to fill out since the instructions were unclear, she said “Does it say that on the form?” in an extremely condescending and dismissive tone.
