- AAAZ!Sep 28, 20261.0Really unhelpful place. Office supplies were overpriced. UPS shipping, they said their system doesn’t work with QR codes. Amazon returns, they said that the Amazon server was down and to come back later (not true as it worked in the next store). I came back later, and they said they ran out of receipts or something weird / unclear like that! I guess the person working there didn’t have their excuses straight. Overall, any other store or even an empty lot would likely be more useful for the city of Chandler.
- UBUncle BitsSep 28, 20265.0Best place that I've found for dropping off Amazon returns, picking up office supplies, passport photos. Highly recommend!
- DLDebbie LaBellSep 18, 20265.0I needed last minute birthday balloons for my son’s party and was calling around to check timing and prices. Staples was my third call, and Sarah answered. She was so friendly and helpful, and even offered to get my order started before I arrived. That made my decision easy. Sarah’s a true gem, and I hope her manager recognizes her for her outstanding customer service. She absolutely deserves it.
- KIKaren IrvinSep 18, 20265.0Knowledgeable helpful employees. Quick check-out.
- JTJenny Lynn TaylorAug 22, 20262.0I had to visit this location for an Amazon return. The Amazon return line is super long with only one associate working, which is always how they operate. Amazon says it’s customers for returns to Staples and this location you can tell across the board whoever is helping for Amazon returns hates having to do this role and can completely let the customer know how unhappy they are by acting not friendly. During my visit today with the one associate working, they thought someone needed to be checked out and in the midst of my return was going to leave the desk that had five people waiting to go and check out the one person, but thankfully, that person was not in need of a checkout. Staples if you do not want to do Amazon returns then let it be known to Amazon because your customers and Amazon‘s customers don’t need to feel the tension of having to do that role.
