Make sure you take your time and patience with you. Not a quick stop place. Wish there was a little more consideration on customers time. Nice 1 stop for party city supplies and Amazon returns.

BEAAAAAA <3 I had graphics I needed printed - ASAP. What's more, I had five designs and was scraping from my monthly marketing budget. I was experiencing issues with the self-service printer - mainly that the preview and final printing was off, and the colors were not true. Typically I wouldn't mind if they were regular documents, but these are photos of food. I've made four printing jobs at this location, and my last experience was very black and white. There wasn't a line behind me, and her interest in resolving the issue went as far as reciting a script of solutions. SHOUTOUT TO Bea, the MVP team playerrrr!!! Who was really patient with me and gave the space to talk through my options, in-between customers. [LOL @ the many times I said "bye" and then came back 5mins later with another question] . And even though they confessed a lack of graphic design experience, being able to explore options together with a couple of test prints to make sure I got exactly what I didn't know I needed made all the difference. I prefer supporting local businesses over larger corporations, even if it may cost a little more. Because we were equally engaged, the experience here felt like a mom and pop I've been coming for a decade and I can always count on our neighborhood friend, Bea. Thank you!!!!! I never thought I'd be one of these people, but "will be back!"~*~*~*
