I walked into FedEx with a very busy mind and honestly really needed some good customer service that day which, unfortunately, isn’t always easy to find. That’s when I met Jessica, who I later found out is the manager. Jessica was absolutely outstanding. She patiently walked me through how to use the fax machine and helped me send some extremely important paperwork. When the fax didn’t go through, she went above and beyond by searching for another way to help and even manually faxing it herself from her machine. What meant the most to me wasn’t just what she did, but the genuine kindness and care she showed throughout the entire experience. She treated my paperwork like it was important to her, too. She even shared some of her own stories and struggles with me, which made me feel less alone during a stressful moment. You never know what someone is going through when they walk through your doors, and Jessica completely turned my day around. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out to me. FedEx is lucky to have someone like Jessica. She honestly made me want to use FedEx all the time now! Thank you, Jessica, for being such a wonderful person and for making a stressful day so much easier. ❤️

This place is amazing. Spencer is an absolute gem and worked with me to get an order finished on a tight deadline for a funeral while trying to make sure he kept commitments to other customers. He gave me all the options he could even taking the time to suggest others stores on my route and being willing to send my order over. I cannot recommend this store enough. Jessica (his supervisor) and Spencer both work so hard to keep things moving smoothly for every customer. Really professional, honest, and kind service.

rude and incompetent. manager refused to listen to what i was asking, kept interrupting me. tried to explain that after HOURS on customer service, they assured me that i could walk in the store and recieve a package - the driver didn't have the apt#, so it was never delivered, rerouted to Tempe, then spent more hours trying to get it to Chandler, where they said to my face " i don't care who you spoke to or what they said" - i mean, i showed them a passport, my driver license, explained that i am at an AirBnB... my address ain't on my license--- which CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISED would not be a problem. Rude woman at the store said "i don't care what they said". Buuuuut if i slipped them an extra 25 bucks to open an account (on top of what i pad to ship somehting) then, sure, no prob, they'd hand it right over. Scammers.
