Fingerprinting is provided at this location by appointment, a member of the Arizona Livescan Fingerprinting Network. Provides fingerprinting for Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP or Level One), any Arizona licensing department (Medical Marijuana, Dispensary Agents, Board of Nursing, Department of Insurance, Alarm Agents, Security Guards, Childcare and more), or any other state or federal fingerprinting. Please bring a government-issued photo IDand any instructions for us. If you have any questions about the process you are to follow, contact your employer or agency requesting your fingerprints.
