Went in to return a package and usually it’s a tough process when I go to return at kohls or Amazon drop off but decided to try this place and couldn’t be more pleased with my interaction with Nasin. He was so helpful and gave me such a great experience I will always return packages here instead ! He was very knowledgeable and able to help me as needed !
I had a really disappointing experience at this UPS Store location. The owner comes across as extremely power-hungry and more focused on control than customer service. Instead of trying to help resolve issues, they seemed to look for ways to assert authority and make things unnecessarily difficult.
Simple questions were met with attitude, and policies were enforced in a way that felt more personal than professional. There’s a difference between running a tight ship and creating a hostile environment — unfortunately, this felt like the latter.
Customer service should be about solutions and respect. I left feeling talked down to rather than helped. I hope ownership reflects on how interactions with customers shape the reputation of the business.

Similar experience to Shmoo below. The guys are always quick, helpful and go out of their way to help as our small business and nonprofit which spends a ton of money shipping here including throwing USPS shipments in for us as we are paying customers. The female employee on the other hand is clearly a “stickler” and loves following the rules even to the point of not providing good customer service. Drove across town because we used to love this location - with my sleeping baby in town - just to have to drive back across town to USPS because she refused to accept a USPS drop off. Will be using a different UPS going forward for our shipping needs. Extending grace and kindness toward repeat customers, even if it’s a drop off “favor” goes a long way.

I have been a loyal customer of The UPS Store #4470 in Cave Creek for about four years, but my experience on December 17, 2025 was completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the owner’s conduct. I called ahead to confirm that an oversized return package could be accepted and was explicitly told it would. When we arrived, a padlocked door, never mentioned during the call, made the shipment impossible. Conflicting explanations about the padlock, including one from a staff member, make me question whether it was truly a legitimate operational limitation or an excuse to avoid handling large packages. I truly believe based on her behavior they limit their returns, in fact one of their employees recently told me she wants to stop taking Amazon.
The owner escalated the situation shockingly quickly without merit and even when I asked her why her behavior was so outrageous. She continued to become more and more escalated, and in fact created a bigger scene in the store. Again, the owner refused to discuss alternatives, ordered us to leave while we were still handling the package, and physically touched and shoved the box into me. No matter the circumstances, a business owner should never physically touch a customer or shove anything at them. My son even told her to stop pushing the box at my mom.
I have read multiple reviews describing this owner as a “hot head,” and my experience confirms this is a pattern of unprofessional and intimidating behavior, not an isolated incident. Misrepresentation of services, refusal to mitigate, verbal escalation, and unwanted physical contact should never happen, particularly from someone who owns multiple locations. I hope UPS corporate addresses this serious issue, as it directly impacts customer safety and trust.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE. I wish I would of read reviews before using this location to ship my injectors, my package had 8 injectors and 24 pounds in perfect condition when shipped, when the company got the package it was marked as damaged and some how 5 out of the 8 injectors were lost. So must of been way lighter then 24 pounds too, besides just a completely damaged package. I had to make a claim and the owner from this store called me and said they will probably refund me 100 dollars and a SMALL portion of the shipping cost, not all but small portion and that I NEED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY for not buying the insurance. When who needs to take accountability is UPS and this store for damaging and losing 5/8 injectors of my package and completely destroying the package. She also told me she didn’t want to help me because I was frustrated that they lost my package and she told me it’s partially my fault because I didn’t pay the extra insurance for a package that was packaged safe with bubble wrap and everything on the inside and in their control the whole time but I’m the one who needs to take accountability. So be careful sending things thru UPS because they can damage your belongings and put blame on you for not packaging the package good enough or even not buying the extra insurance so when they lose and damage your belongings, a 3rd party would pay the insurance claim and not UPS. So I think UPS needs to take ACCOUNTABILITY for them damaging and losing packages. Also I’d definitely check out another location if you do have to ship anything, as this one tends to have issue after issue with damaging and losing packages and then putting blame and fault on the customers. So check out other locations first at worst case if you must ship something. You live and you learn. BEWARE.
