- JCJ CJul 25, 20265.0I have always had good service and the staff has always been friendly.. There have been days, don’t we all have a bad day! I credit when a customer is rude, yelling and downright nasty. Especially when there is only one person working.

The guys are always quick, helpful and go out of their way to help as our small business and nonprofit which spends a ton of money shipping here including throwing USPS shipments in for us as we are paying customers. The female employee on the other hand is clearly a “stickler” and loves following the rules even to the point of not providing good customer service. Drove across town because we used to love this location - with my sleeping baby in town - just to have to drive back across town to USPS because she refused to accept a USPS drop off. Will be using a different UPS going forward for our shipping needs. Extending grace and kindness toward repeat customers, even if it’s a drop off “favor” goes a long way.
