    Francesca supervisor terrible attitude. A gentleman was complaining about a package not Delivery and how no one was answering the phone at this location, same complaint I have trying to contact them for a week straight! And she was rolling her eyes and very condescend. Terrible example for the nice employees who work under her supervision and we as customers don’t deserve to be treated rude as she did. She claims is someone who just answers the phone at 10 am through the day, so I guess any of the other people there answers phone. Terrible service!

    I received a key in my mailbox but when I opened the package box with the key I was given, the box was empty. I called the post office to find out where the package is they asked for a tracking #. I don't have a tracking # since I didn't order the package. I don't even know what package I'm missing. Am I supposed to assume that the carrier just randomly put a key in box without any ACTUAL package? Or did the carrier decide it was something they wanted? WTH

    Kim in the front helped me find a package that I needed back after I mailed it off earlier in the day. (I accidentally switched the labels on my packages- so it would’ve been a mess had it left the post office) She took my number down & told me she’d call me if she located it. About 1hr later, she called me to tell me to come pick up my package and I was able to fix the labels. THANK YOU KIM for being so kind & compassionate!
