She absolutely will not inform you of anything if you don't ask, she is unprofessional with the way she speaks to customers and is typically irritated and curt when i come in. I have to use this post office sometimes because i work nearby, but i will only use it when i absolutely have no choice because she's so unpleasant. She has given incorrect information to questions - in my opinion it was because she didn't want to have to do anything about an issue.
