The owner and the young lady working at the counter politely told me they wouldn't give me one. So here's my polite response: I must unfortunately give you one star for that short sighted choice, and now frequent the UPS store in Cave Creek.

Often we are not able to pick up some of our mail as quickly as we’d like and they have always been so gracious and helpful. It feels so welcoming when we come in and most of the time we are recognized right off, which I find amazing! Very happy with the service we receive so I am perplexed at any negative reviews.
