- WCWally CoblerApr 13, 20261.0I hate to leave bad reviews but I see I'm not alone. As many have mentioned the owner is a bitter, abrupt sarcastic person who is on an angry control trip. I actually feel sorry for her, her employees and family as I only had to be around her for a few minutes. But to experience a few minutes of those nasty horrible vibes she carries 😩 I would think after all these negative reviews that she would change and at least pretend to be friendly!? And the fact she's not changing is maybe is a sign that she should seek help. Life is too short to carry that kind of anger around. But for me, life is also too short so I will be going to the kind people at the Post office and making a trip to Cottonwoods UPS as they are friendly and helpful not abrupt and sarcastic like the owner at UPS. If I may, try to focus on your breath 5 minutes every morning. When you go to thought bring it back to your breath, it works miracles for me! Good luck and may you have peace..

And by reading the other reviews and comments, sounds like reoccurring events with no accountability taken. You most certainly did make me feel like an inconvenience.

All because I was confused about her extra fees she really needs to lose her franchise
