  We arrive at stire on Sunday morning 11:20 wait until they open 11:30. June opens the door lady outside in line with me says "June is a notary you are in luck"! Well then June announces i left my stamp at home! WHAT??? I look around to see on their store front window clearly it reads Notary. NO WHERE does it say "Excludes Weekend" I told June that's why we drove in from Rimrock, their nortary stores say CLOSED. Its almost false advertising here, so unprofessional never will i go there for anything. Rude! I'm not sure why I couldn't reply back to what June wrote. I'm surprised to hear as a human you just forgot your stamp at home. I was hoping as a business owner you could have responded in my presence with this excuse. Instead of the "Well you should hire a traveling notary and see how expensive that is?" What in the world, there's no customer service here. My husband and I will remedy this situation as it needs to be taken care of. You let me leave your establishment with the thought that notary services are NOT available on the weekends. Look at all the 1 star reviews. I wonder if the Mayor of Camp Verde knows how this business in this little town has left many of us wondering What Is Going On?

  Not sure what her name is in the Camp Verde location. She acts like she is in charge but she has a terrible attitude. I've been there twice and she treats very one in the store very disrespectful. I will drive to Sedona just so I don't have to deal with her. Some should do something about her asap

  This is a very busy little store. I have seen rude customers while staff is doing their best and trying to quickly accommodate to not have customers wait. I can see why staff could become frazzled. I appreciate this store.

  I just went in today and brought 2 guitars, keyboard, and keyboard stand. June, the manager, was able to get all 4 items into 3 boxes. With plenty of foam, bubble wrap, and space bags. My items are so safe and secure! June worked really hard to take care of all my items. They were so kind and sweet for all the work they had to do for me. I appreciate all the work she did for my son and I.

  Maya and Chris were incredibly fast, thorough and so helpful! I came in with, lets just say too many packages to return and they were on top of it! Amazing staff!
