    Came in to do a return on my packages it took the lady 5 minutes to come out to tell me their closed with attitude when the door is unlocked since they are repainting which I don’t mind it’s the attitude she had while saying it I would’ve known sooner if she came out sooner but instead she wants to have attitude

    Omg horrible service! They charge you even to breathe in there! They charge you to tape something and they’ll charge you if you mess something up in accident like what if I didn’t have my card? Would I have not been able to drop off my package because of the absurdness of charging for taping up a small package? So petty to charge for this when it can easily be complimentary since you’re already making so much money off of packages! DONT COME HERE

    Wow! They charge for a small piece of tape and over $100 to ship a 13 x 9 x 5 box. FedEx, here we come!!

    I had a mailbox here for 2 years. I moved and they refused to accept my few items sent there or mail it to my new address. Caused a huge headache for work. On top of all this they have a they/ them employee who always makes you feel uncomfortable. Always shares inappropriate personal information. Do better ups.
