  0 stars if I could. Employees give little to no help, the girl in there needs to find a new job. She seems miserable and unwilling to help. 0 customer service skills. No type of help.

  Had returns to ship back and had used boxes I had on hand. One of the boxes apparently had a limited quantity sticker, which the clerk alerted to. When we explained the package was not the original and we would remove the sticker, he still refused to accept it. No apology and seemed very unfamiliar with why. Had to look up the reasoning and we should have been allowed to remove the label. Poor service, which explains the 2.3 star review.

  I had an excellent experience thanks to Maliyah! She was knowledgeable, kind, and quick to help me when no one else was available to assist. Without any hesitation, she stepped in and made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received. This FedEx location is out of my way, but I’ll gladly return as long as I can be helped by Maliyah. She truly went above and beyond, and her professionalism and willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you, Maliyah, for providing such outstanding customer service!

  I’m convinced that everyone at this location is either extremely incompetent or they just don’t care! Last Wednesday 7/8/2026 I went in with prepaid return labels from RealTruck.com to return a pair of running boards and parts (2 separate packages with 2 separate labels). FedEx informed me they cannot ship the steps back in a box together (exactly how I received them) and they will need to use each prepaid label I received to ship the steps separately. In addition to that, they said I needed to pay out of pocket to cover the packaging for the steps or they would not send them. Also, I would need to pay out of pocket for them to create a 3rd shipping label to send the parts/accessories back to RealTruck. Given, I needed to get these sent back to receive a refund from RealTruck, I paid over $110. Come to find out, one of the labels that FedEx created, shipped the parts back to my house instead of the address on the other labels! Like how stupid and incompetent can you be. I went up there to ask for a refund, as RealTruck informed me they should be refunding me. I spoke to another incompetent person and was told they would not issue me a refund and I needed to submit a claim through the website. What a complete waste of time and terrible customer service. Never ship anything with FedEx if you can.
