- MCMandy CarmanDec 19, 20161.0These people don't know how to run a post office. They sent my mail back to Idaho along with my parent's mail, which never lived in Idaho, twice they have done this. Then canceled our PO BOX and said we didn't pay, thankfully we kept our receipt to show proof that we paid in full. We are very upset, because they sent my father's blood pressure medication back to Phoenix, now we have to drive several hours to go pick it up at the hospital. I have never had so much trouble with any other post office than I do with this particular post office. No star rating, very poor service! Don't go with this post office unless you want headaches.
