- BHBrian HeagwoodSep 14, 20261.0I’m sick and tired of our usps service in Texarkana/ Genoa area! This has been more than 3 times this has happened and luckily in previous events we had someone contact us that our mail was delivered to an address that wasn’t even close to our home. They say our package was dropped off at the mail box but yet nothing was there! How hard is it to do your job and read an address on the mail you’re delivering it to and deliver it to the right place! But instead they hire people that clearly either can’t read or don’t just simply care about doing their job correctly! I understand mistakes happen but you need to either learn from your mistakes or cut out the mistake in general that you hired that can’t do there jobs correctly! I was the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up and like always I can’t ever get someone. I don’t know if this will help but if I can get a number to someone that will actually help me fix this issue that would be great if not they are going to meet me in person!
