Managers are just run of the mill hillbillies who shouldn't be doing any kind of customer service .. they lose and misplace packages and don't care and don't even try to show they care ... they operate one way in black neighborhoods and another way in white neighborhoods ..they'll toss your mail near your door to be stolen and say they delivered it in the system and many more Just horrible service personified
