We’ve been customers at this post office and had our PO Box here for years, so this experience was honestly disappointing. We came in with a simple question and were met with attitude for no reason. Instead of feeling helped, it felt like we were being rushed out and treated like an inconvenience rather than customers. The employee we spoke with at the front counter this morning/afternoon was rude, dismissive, and acted like she just wanted to get us out of her face instead of helping solve the issue we were having. She was wearing glasses and had her hair in a ponytail. Customer service and basic respect go a long way, especially for longtime customers.

I had the worst experience at this location today, May 5th. The employee who “assisted” me refused to help me print my shipping label and even charged me $3.99 for tape to close a small box. Meanwhile, another employee a male was helping a different customer with the exact same things I asked for, and he printed her label and did NOT charge her for tape. The woman who helped me told me to use the self service machines and then get back in line. I did exactly that, and when I returned at 4:59, they closed the service windows right in front of me. She clearly saw me waiting and still chose not to help. It wasn’t just me another man was also waiting, and neither of us were helped. The only thing we had in common was that we were both Hispanic. The whole situation felt rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory.

I hate that I have to rate this service so low. I have family who retired from the U.S. Post office. Why am I paying for a box when I often get mail that doesn't belong to me (I filled out a form to prevent that...)? Regular lost or delayed letters. Packages that didn't reach their destination... Incorrect informed delivery information... I'm fed up... They could definitely be better. Suggestion, hire more employees. The staff workload is too much for this environment. Also, improve your training. The employees should not be so stressed. Also, The staff and customers definitely deserve an up-to-date environment. I know USPS can afford it. Why is this building outdated? 🤔 Be better.

I had an appointment scheduled for my son passport at 9am. I get there and they were berly opening the building. I had a few lines to fill up my application form. IAN that was helping was very pushy/rude loud and sounding like he did not want to be there, told me that I had 1min to finish my application unwilling to help during my appointment 9-915am. He didn’t want to help me with my application which I had a few questions. Not only that he was very rude and pushy basically wanting us to leave during my appointment time he was very defensive about me asking why he wouldn’t want to help me during my appointment time. IAN who was supposed to help me during my appointments cut in my appointment to help others. We left the buildings at 9:15am exactly. He could have at least helped me answered my question instead of him arguing about my application not being ready. IAN is not a very nice friendly person. He looks like he does not want to work at the post office in Springdale,Ar. IAN ruined my entire day. Not because he wasn’t able to process my passport. But the way he acted towards me. He could have just helped me answered my questions. The only thing he helped with was to schedule another appointment during my appointment time. Thank you IAN for using my appointment time to reschedule for another day.
