KEVIN IS A NATIONAL TREASURE!!! He needs to be protected at all costs. Seriously, every time I have been in there and interacted with Kevin, he makes my day.

Short line at 10:30 on a Monday. I was in and out with the keys to my cluster mail box slot in 5 minutes. The guy that helped me was very polite.

I have visited this post office about four times for my child’s passport, and each visit has been frustrating and disappointing. There is a female staff member who has not clearly explained the requirements, and my interactions have often felt unhelpful and dismissive. This has not been a one-time or occasional issue. It has happened consistently, not only in relation to my child’s passport but also during other visits with other staff members as well. While I understand that everyone can have difficult days, respectful and clear customer service is still important. On multiple occasions, I have left feeling unwelcome and unsure about the information provided. At times, the interactions felt rushed, with limited effort to properly explain the process. On my most recent visit, I noticed an error on my child’s passport. When I asked what steps I should take, I was told to schedule an appointment first, but the process was not clearly explained, which left me confused about how to proceed. On another occasion, I was waiting in line for my turn, and I had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the staff told the people next to me to come forward, but they said they were still filling out their application, so they did not go ahead. Suddenly, another woman came in without an appointment. The staff member told her to go ahead. The customer looked confused and said, “They were before me,” but the staff insisted and told her to come anyway. The customer then refused and said she preferred to make an appointment first, even though the staff seemed very insistent on letting her go ahead before me. It honestly felt confusing and unfair, and it seemed like I was being overlooked during the process, as if she did not want to serve me. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that customer service standards can be reviewed to ensure clearer communication, consistency, and respectful treatment for all customers.
