- ATAllison TaulAug 5, 20261.0Not sure of her name but just had an argument with a middle eastern woman who works at this location stating that she couldn’t accept me dropping my USPS packages for the USPS to come pick up. Kept stating that “she” wasn’t liable if anything happened to the packages, almost as if she was going to purposely steal or lose my USPS packages. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She should be fired.
- VRVern RiedelJun 28, 20262.0Tried to return a motorcycle tire in original packaging. Shrinkwrap, cost figured as 39 dollars which is excessive to start with. Weighs 4lbs. Person came by and said something about irregular packaging. Cost goes to 80 dollars. Are you kidding me?
- SDSarah DownumJun 21, 20261.0Rolled up right at noon today to ship items. Door says OPEN 7 DAYS! And Hours plaque says 12-5 on Sunday. We waited 20 minutes for someone to show up and open the door. Another gentleman pulled up and was still waiting when finally gave up and left. So frustrating as I would have handled shipping plans differently.
