They said it was delivered to the mailbox which no it was not. They either just didn't deliver it or they stole it

- CSCharles StampJul 11, 20262.0Went to mail some documents at opening, and mentioned that about every 1 to 2 weeks, we witness, out our kitchen window, the delivery driver blow past our box, without picking up outgoing mail. Blew past next door neighbor, too. My guess: if no mail to be delivered, no stopping. (BTW, no one on our street has "flags" for pick-up). Have also noticed drivers returning 10 minutes later to complete a missed delivery. When I spoke to another P.O. worker who interrupted my complaint, he stated non-pickup was a POLICY. I called the NLR-Pershing office, and an assistant supervisor informed me (1) this was NOT "policy," and the Sherwood P.O. had a bad reputation!!

- MGMarc GoodbarJun 12, 20265.0The folks that work inside are just flat out great people. I made a mistake a couple weeks ago and dropped a piece of mail without any postage....at all. I remembered, turned around and told them my issue. I had two different people tell me they'd help, they finally decided who was gonna help me and came out with me to the mailbox and stood there and helped me look for it, we got it and went inside and got stamps on it and got it sent out. It was super important too, so they saved my ass. If I have a choice, I won't use another post office.
