- MGMarc GoodbarJun 12, 20265.0The folks that work inside are just flat out great people. I made a mistake a couple weeks ago and dropped a piece of mail without any postage....at all. I remembered, turned around and told them my issue. I had two different people tell me they'd help, they finally decided who was gonna help me and came out with me to the mailbox and stood there and helped me look for it, we got it and went inside and got stamps on it and got it sent out. It was super important too, so they saved my ass. If I have a choice, I won't use another post office.
- ALAmber lynnJun 8, 20261.0The only person here who could help me was Cameron and that was the most help I’ve gotten from anyone. Everyone else that helped me could care less. My package was delivered to the wrong address. They still are investigating which I believe they just hope I forget about it. Then the package that I have coming currently was mistakenly put in the wrong bin so I now it’s going back and forth just to get to my house. Which apparently if I want to intercept the package it will cost me $20 for a mistake that someone else has made. I really hope I don’t have to deal with them anymore. They can’t read the GPS and have an inability to follow up with anything. The man that told me this info didn’t even try to look up a tracking number or anything. So, now I have to wait and play the waiting game after they already messed up another delivery of mine. I don’t recommend anyone use this company unless you want your package to be mid-delivered or if you wanna wait around for never for them to resolve a delivery that they screws up on. Cameron is one hell if an employee and he needs a raise! They need more employees that go above and beyond for customers or just simply do their job as well as he does!
