- DJDave JohnsonAug 21, 20261.0I have had important legal mail and even my new debit card returned to sender 4 or 5 times recently. Now I will have ro change the number I have had for 10+ years on every single place I pay bills or purchase things. This is unacceptable behavior from your carriers. How hard is it to put mail in the right mailbox at a townhouse complex? I've lived here over a year and a half. Stop returning important mail that has legal implications along with financial. It is absolutely absurd that this keeps happening.
